Medical Writing Intern: Rare Disease Unit

Responsibilities

• Drafting sections of clinical regulatory documents as assigned by a mentor
• Performing accurate and precise editing and/or proofreading to include spelling, grammar, punctuation, and verification of data in clinical documents (eg, study reports, Investigator's Brochures, protocols, and protocol amendments)
• Ensuring reputed company and timeliness of reviewing and editing of clinical documents
• Ensuring adherence to Alexion document templates and Style Guide
• Attending and participating in Medical Writing and project team meetings
• Providing an end of internship reputed company presentation

Skills

• PhD, PharmD, and Masters level reputed company majoring in Biology, reputed company, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, or a reputed company discipline. College juniors or seniors who have not yet received their BS and are enrolled in a scientific discipline may also be considered
• Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026
• Experience with various MS Office programs, including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Ability to understand clinical, scientific, and statistical data
• Good interpersonal, reputed company, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment.
