Staff Accountant I

The Staff Accountant I supports day-to-day reputed company functions with a reputed company on transactional accuracy and learning firm-specific processes, preparing financial data, and maintaining accurate project and company records.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic project setups in alignment with contract terms
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure accurate processing and reputed company invoicing
• Prepare and process monthly reputed company invoices
• Monitor project accounts receivable and escalate discrepancies
• Assist with maintaining project financial records
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies
• reputed company accounts payable, reputed company invoices, process payments, and reputed company reconciliations
• Post daily cash receipts and reputed company bank activity in reputed company Vantagepoint
• Generate routine reports and respond to reputed company inquiries
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail by reviewing work for accuracy, consistency, and reputed company
• Maintain effective organizational systems to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities reputed company
• Utilize strong analytical and communication skills to support decision-making and collaborate effectively across teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance or reputed company field is required
• 0-2 years of experience is preferred
• Computer skills necessary to reputed company daily timesheet data and use reputed company reputed company for email correspondence

• A/E industry experience is preferred
