Recruiting Intake & Sourcing Coordinator
Urgent Team is looking for a Recruiting Intake & Sourcing Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team. This role manages new job requisitions, ensures posting accuracy, and proactively sources qualified candidates to help fill clinical and non-clinical roles across multiple divisions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for new position requests and hiring manager intakes
- Review, validate, and post approved requisitions to the career site and job boards
- Ensure accuracy in job titles, pay ranges, and classifications
- Maintain a branded job posting library for consistent company representation
- Track requisition progress and hiring metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Conduct Boolean searches and resume mining across multiple sourcing platforms
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume positions
- Send outreach messages and prequalify sourced candidates based on requirements, location, and pay alignment
- Recommend creative sourcing strategies tailored to each market and role type
- Maintain sourcing spreadsheets and “warm bench” candidate lists for recurring positions
- Coordinate with recruiters to prioritize requisitions and sourcing needs
- Schedule intake calls, screenings, or interviews as needed
- Generate weekly reports on open requisitions, sources, and metrics
- Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation in the ATS
- Monitor aging requisitions and assist with timely candidate dispositioning
- Provide back-up coverage and support audit/reporting needs
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare sourcing experience
- Experience using Boolean search strings and sourcing platforms
- Proficiency with ATS (UKG preferred), Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Adobe)
- Must live within 45 miles of Green Hills/Nashville
- Must be available for in-person training and occasional onsite meetings
- Candidates must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions
- A quiet, secure setting is required to maintain privacy and comply with all relevant privacy regulations
- Candidates should have a reliable internet connection and be able to manage their time effectively to meet team goals
- Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification preferred
