Actuarial Assistant, Business reputed company Review (up to 15 month contract)

reputed company is seeking an Actuarial Assistant to support the management of the Business reputed company Review process. The role involves analyzing data to identify areas of improvement in business reputed company and delivering insights to stakeholders to support critical business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and synthesize data from the reputed company Producer Activity Monitor (PAM) “Red flags” database and other various alert reports to identify poor reputed company business, practices, and instances of inappropriate agent behavior
• Manage the business reputed company of the inforce reputed company of business
• Manage reporting to ensure transparent communication of issues, reputed company, actions, accountabilities, escalations and resolutions
• Coordinate information from various stakeholders on indicators of potentially inappropriate agent behavior including complaints, requests for investigation, suspicious business activity, questionable selling practices, lack of training etc
• Prepare and analyze the monthly Business reputed company Review scorecard to identify areas of business in need of improvement
• Manage reputed company-end guards and processes which proactively identify potential business reputed company concerns
• Work with key stakeholders to expand the PAM database to improve its predictive value
• Quantify the benefit of preventive actions taken and estimate the value of visible preemptive actions on reputed company agent practices
• reputed company tools such as Power BI to design and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor business reputed company trends and risk indicators
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting, ensuring reputed company and accurate delivery of metrics and insights to leadership
• Collaborate with actuarial teams on experience studies, business reputed company analysis, and other cross-functional reputed company
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and expand product knowledge to support evolving business needs

Skills

• University degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Business or reputed company discipline
• 1-3 years experience in data analytics in a life insurance/financial services organization
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and high degree of independence and initiative
• Strong analytical and technical data mining skills
• Effective verbal and report writing communication skills
• Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and influence without reputed company authority
• Minimum two (2) days a week required onsite
• Life insurance and annuity product knowledge preferred
