Responsibilities

• Prototype AI agents for candidate matching, workflow automation, or decision support
• Fine-tune large language model (LLM) prompts and models for hiring-specific applications
• Experiment with embeddings, reputed company databases, and retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) workflows
• reputed company AI modules into platform processes alongside product and engineering teams
• Conduct internal A/B tests and evaluate AI features

Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, or a reputed company field
