[Remote] Medical Writing Intern (PharmD)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Precision AQ is offering an immersive internship program for PharmD candidates to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical marketing. As a Medical Writing Intern, you will collaborate with the Market Access team to learn medical writing principles and develop content for various deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Market Access team to gain exposure to the principles of medical writing
• Develop content for a range of deliverables targeting access decision makers
• Build essential skills in evaluating scientific literature, coordinating references, and verifying the accuracy of cited information used in pharmaceutical marketing materials and medical, legal, and regulatory submissions

Skills

• PharmD candidates expected to graduate by June 2026
• Impeccable written and verbal communications skills
• Expertise in gathering, evaluating, and summarizing scientific literature
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
• Working knowledge of AMA style guide
• Prior experience in areas such: Medical and Drug Information
• Prior experience in areas such: Medical Affairs
• Prior experience in areas such: Regulatory Affairs
• Prior experience in areas such: New Product Commercialization
• Prior experience in areas such: Promotional Agencies
• Working knowledge of managed markets, healthcare systems, and healthcare delivery
• Involvement in professional organizations such as Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) and Industry Pharmacists Organization (IPhO)
