The Knowledge Center Associate Tier I provides administrative customer service assistance to claimants and providers, focusing on delivering high-quality service and support through effective communication and data management.
Responsibilities
- Delivers friendly, efficient service in a high-volume environment
- Accurately captures and enters data into CareMC and other internal systems
- Demonstrates active listening and communicates clearly to confirm understanding
- Promotes future use of self-help tools when applicable
- Maintains consistent attendance and meets quality and productivity standards
- Comply with safety regulations and corporate policies
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
- Effective communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using proprietary systems
- Strong customer focus with ability to de-escalate routine issues
- Attention to detail and time management
- Delivers friendly, efficient service in a high-volume environment
