AI Research, Social Media & Executive Support Intern
Trifecta Enterprises is seeking an AI Research, Social Media & Executive Support Intern to assist a senior leader in technology. The role involves research on AI and emerging technologies, social media support, and executive assistance, providing a unique opportunity for mentorship and real-world exposure.
Responsibilities
- Stay current on AI, emerging technology, and major industry trends
- Read articles, papers, and reports and summarize what actually matters
- Track conversations at the intersection of AI, economics, business, and society
- Surface topics, questions, and ideas I should be paying attention to
- Support research for talks, posts, and longer-form writing
- Organize and maintain a structured library of articles, papers, notes, and references
- Help track key concepts, terminology, themes, and ideas across research and writing
- Help identify strong themes, narratives, and ideas that align with my voice and platform
- Help brainstorm ideas for LinkedIn posts and other content
- Track engagement patterns and what resonates over time
- Support light social media organization and planning
- Organize and maintain a structured contact database
- Track follow-ups, conversations, and opportunities
- Help prepare for conferences, panels, and speaking engagements
- Assist with event logistics, background research, and prep notes
- Help manage projects across speaking, writing, and product work
- Keep projects, notes, and ideas organized
- Build and maintain lightweight systems to organize knowledge, ideas, content, and contacts
- Help translate scattered thoughts into structured next steps
- Assist with scheduling, prioritization, and administrative tasks
- Handle occasional ad hoc tasks that free up time and mental space

- Currently enrolled in a master's program or a recent graduate
- Fields such as technology, computer science, data, AI, product, economics, marketing, business, policy, or related interdisciplinary programs
- Prior work experience, internships, or research assistantships
- Experience supporting executives, founders, or research teams
- Building or managing a thoughtful personal or professional social media presence, especially on LinkedIn
- Independent projects, writing, or self-directed learning
- Basic familiarity with AI tools or concepts
- Basic coding knowledge or active interest in learning
- Preference for candidates based in the Philadelphia area
