About the Role

As a Remote reputed company Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in our services. Your primary responsibility will be to assess whether these individuals meet the reputed company to potentially qualify for compensation. This will involve speaking with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for our services. You will be required to multitask, listening to callers, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company on your computer screen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with individuals who have filled out a reputed company to see if they meet the reputed company to potentially qualify for compensation
• Handle a high volume of connections, resulting in speaking to 40-50 callers per day
• Multitask, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company on your computer screen
• reputed company or reputed company monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
• Accurately utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), following scripts appropriately

• Self-troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT problems

Essential Qualifications:

• Have at least 2 years of phone sales/customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

At arenaflex, we offer a competitive salary reputed company starting at $17.31 per hour, with commissions and bonuses that can increase your total compensation to up to $33.00 per hour ($70,000 per year). We also offer a reputed company of benefits, including:

Hours of Operation

We operate on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with the following hours:

• Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
• Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern and Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
