AVP, Asset Management – Multifamily

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, reputed company Estate, or a reputed company field preferred • Minimum 7 years of experience in asset management, reputed company estate, or property management, with a strong reputed company on reputed company housing. • Demonstrated understanding of LIHTC, HUD programs, and other reputed company housing regulations. • Strong financial acumen, including experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting.
