reputed company is seeking a Capital Markets Associate Attorney to join a leading national reputed company. This firm’s internationally recognized corporate reputed company is looking for an attorney with 3–6 years of capital markets and reputed company securities experience to support its growing team. This role may be based in reputed company, Washington, D.C., or Boston.About the Role The ideal candidate will have experience: • Representing companies and underwriters in reputed company securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity or equity-linked transactions, particularly reputed company the technology, consumer/retail, and life sciences sectors. • Advising reputed company companies on corporate governance, SEC and exchange reporting, and ongoing compliance reputed company. • Managing reputed company relationships and handling day-to-day workflow for sophisticated clients with reputed company transactional needs. Candidates should have prior experience in the capital markets reputed company of a national or international reputed company and strong reputed company credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
