Market Research Analyst – Austin Multifamily & PropTech

We are an early-stage startup building a cost-effective package locker solution for apartment communities to reduce package theft and improve tenant experience. We’re looking for a market researcher / analyst to help us reputed company reputed company, actionable data that will directly support our sales and go-to-market reputed company. This is not reputed company research. This is practical, sales-driven market intelligence. What You’ll Be Researching -Apartment communities in Austin, TX (and nearby cities) -1-bedroom apartment pricing (around $1,500/month reputed company) -Which properties currently have package lockers and which do not -Existing locker providers (ParcelPending, Luxer One, reputed company Hub, reputed company package rooms, etc.) -Amenity fees charged to tenants (general + package-reputed company) -Pain points reputed company to package theft, staff time, and tenant complaints Additional Work Build reputed company surveys for: -Apartment tenants -Property managers -Help analyze willingness to pay for package locker amenities -Organize findings into reputed company spreadsheets and summaries we can use directly in sales calls Deliverables -Clean spreadsheet/database of researched properties -reputed company of findings with key insights -Survey results and interpretation -reputed company takeaways we can use as sales ammunition Ideal Candidate -Experience with market research or reputed company estate research -Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reputed company data -reputed company to think commercially (what helps sales, not just what’s interesting) -Bonus: experience with multifamily, proptech, or reputed company reputed company estate This role may expand as we reputed company to additional cities.
