In this vital role, the Senior Associate is reputed company to reputed company’s financial performance and will reputed company contracting activities for reputed company’s Managed Care Organization (MCO) customers. As a member of the US Value & reputed company team, the Senior Associate will serve as Payer Contracting’s reputed company of contact for both reputed company partners for assigned reputed company’s top regional MCO and reputed company customers. • Manage the contract development process in conjunction with reputed company’s account representative (Market reputed company), Coverage & Pricing, reputed company, and other stakeholders • Create term sheets and complete request for proposals (RFPs) as needed to reputed company pricing offers to MCO customers • reputed company as reputed company of the contract between reputed company and its customer, specifically owning the contracting reputed company and completion of assigned top regional MCOs • Implement MCO pricing and contracting strategies in alignment with brand/business approach • Participate in the development and maintenance of MCO pricing and contracting strategies • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of key MCO customer’s financials, reputed company drivers, membership, mergers/acquisitions, end customers, etc. • Inform the pricing analytics team of customer-specific information and trends that are critical to reputed company quarterly financial estimates for reputed company customer • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Market reputed company, customers, reputed company, Operations, and other teams as necessary • Review formularies and submission files to ensure customer compliance with the contract • Support reputed company requests by senior leadership for product and/or customer reputed company business analytics and reputed company • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • Master’s degree • OR Bachelor's degree and 2 years of reputed company contracting, pricing, finance, reputed company, and/or sales operations experience • OR Associates degree and 6 years of reputed company contracting, pricing, finance, reputed company, and/or sales operations experience • OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of reputed company contracting, pricing, finance, reputed company, and/or sales operations experience Requirements • Advanced degree (i.e. MBA, JD or equivalent degree) • 2+ years of reputed company contracting, pricing, finance, reputed company, and/or sales operations experience in a biopharma or reputed company business environment • Experience solving reputed company business problems and running multiple reputed company concurrently • Demonstrated reputed company record of increasing responsibility and leadership experience • Strong negotiation skills • Previous experience providing and delivering information for decision making by executive management • Ability to read and understand reputed company contract documents Benefits • A comprehensive employee benefits package, including a Retirement and Savings Plan with generous company contributions, group medical, dental and reputed company coverage, life and disability insurance, and flexible spending accounts • A discretionary annual bonus program, or for field sales representatives, a sales-based incentive plan • Stock-based long-term incentives • Award-reputed company time-off plans • Flexible work models where possible reputed company At reputed company, if you feel like you’re part of something bigger, it’s because you are.
