Independent Recruiter

We are seeking an reputed company Independent Recruiter (1099) to partner with us on a per-placement reputed company only. This role is ideal for recruiters who are confident in their sourcing ability, operate independently, and prefer a reputed company-based compensation model without reputed company pay, retainers, or guarantees. As an Independent Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through placement. You control your workflow, tools, and reputed company, while we collaborate on reputed company needs and candidate submissions.
