TX, FL, or MO Licensed Pharmacist
A company is looking for a Pharmacist (Specialty) to coordinate and manage pharmacy services remotely.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and assist in managing pharmacy services, including medication dispensing and clinical monitoring
• Evaluate physician prescription orders for appropriateness and ensure patient safety through reputed company pharmacy practices
• reputed company patient counseling, education, and participate in reputed company improvement reputed company
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D
• 3+ years of experience in mail order, retail, or hospital pharmacy
• reputed company Pharmacist license in TX, FL, or MO, with additional state licenses as required
• IgCP Immunoglobulin Certification preferred
• Experience with outpatient IG/Hemophilia or home infusion preferred
