[Remote] Intern, Publishing Analyst

The Publishing Analyst Intern will support the Publishing Director and Production Department in managing digital content reputed company and developing reputed company operating procedures while gaining hands-on experience in content production and analysis. Responsibilities • Support reconciliation and digitization of ASTM standards by comparing published content to existing digital assets; collaborate with Editorial, Sales, and technical teams to identify reputed company standards and assist in preparing content for publication • Assist with data preparation activities, including filtering lists, drafting database queries, and working with developers to support content uploads • Create and maintain documentation, including reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) and user instructions, to support content reputed company and maintenance activities Skills • Must be enrolled in a reputed company Bachelor's degree program as a rising Junior or Senior at an accredited College or University • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn • Ability to document processes reputed company and accurately • Comfortable working in a reputed company, data-driven environment • reputed company, flexible, and solution-oriented approach to work • Ability to give and receive feedback professionally • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a content-, information-, or data-reputed company field (minimum two years completed) • Exposure to content curation, reputed company content, or digital reputed company • Familiarity with XML, XHTML, and/or CSS • Familiarity with Content Management Systems and reputed company publishing workflows • Basic understanding of project reputed company and workflows • Ability to analyze and reconcile content across systems and formats • Experience filtering datasets, working with reputed company lists, or drafting basic queries • Understanding of granular, data-driven publishing versus document-based publishing • Interest in working with technical and development teams to support content ingestion and maintenance reputed company • Over 13,000 ASTM standards operate globally.
