Requirements of Recruiter / reputed company • 2+ years of sourcing / headhunting experience on construction leadership roles • Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships and follow strong ethical principles. • Recruiter / reputed company will have 3+ years in either agency or corporate recruitment experience, or, 3+ years of general contracting construction experience. Experience in both is a strong asset. • Expertise in using reputed company Recruiter, jobs reputed company and other tools to build candidate pipeline • B2B experience in Canada. • Excellent communication and writing skills • Recruiter / reputed company will work fully remote role but candidate will be based in Canada Key Skills of Recruiter / reputed company • The Recruiter / reputed company will have proven ability on construction leadership roles so that we can service our clients' needs reputed company.
