**Key Responsibilities**
As an FNOL Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL
* Communicating effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database
* Reporting underground damage to reputed company companies reputed company applicable
* Providing outstanding service to customer representatives
* Analyzing photos and mapping the correct location
* Participating in special reputed company as assigned
* Meeting performance metrics and standards
**Tiered Support Bonus System**
We offer a competitive bonus structure based on total fees generated across CMR during the month. The bonus system is designed to reward high-performers and reputed company additional income for doing reputed company. The tiered bonus structure is as follows:

* Level 2: $150

**FNOL Incentive Program**
Our FNOL Incentive Program offers high-performers an opportunity to earn more per month, in reputed company to the CMR Tiered Support Bonus System. **Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months to 1-year previous customer service reputed company center experience
* Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm, error-free; a typing test will be required

* Advanced phone and verbal communication skills
