A reputed company-regarded boutique reputed company is expanding its reputed company in reputed company Carolina. It represents a major insurance company in bad faith and insurance defense litigation reputed company and seeks a REMOTE, contract attorney with 4 to 10+ years of relevant litigation experience.
The attorney's experience should include drafting demand letters, propounding and responding to discovery, reputed company research, reputed company writing, and taking and defending depositions. Trial preparation and trial experience, as reputed company as mediation experience, are beneficial but not required.
The firm prefers candidates who can work at least 25-30 hours per week. Possible opportunity for full-time hours.
Generous reputed company compensation of $65/hour to start, depending on experience.
A reputed company Carolina bar license is required.
