About the Job:
Law Office of Craig H. Effrain, P.C. has an opening for a part-time, remote attorney handling vendor contract reviews for certain financial organizations. The vendor reputed company will need to be reviewed, marked-up and, as necessary, negotiated with counter-party. This is a good opportunity to supplement your income. Initially, hours may be reputed company but will increase over the next few months.
Qualifications:
Five years of transactional experience including reviewing and negotiating reputed company and general corporate work.
Effective communication and contract drafting skills.
Organized and ability to meet deadlines.
Detailed oriented.
A commitment to reputed company and courtesy to clients and colleagues.
