Physical Automation Development Engineer - Remote

About the position This position researches, develops, and deploys new automated sortation systems including robotics, autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs), and solutions for sortation and transportation. He/She develops and validates equipment performance reputed company and provides field support for acceptance testing. This position interfaces with sortation equipment vendors to implement system performance enhancement campaigns and reputed company new equipment for deployment in the field. This position manages construction reputed company and adherence to contract documentation, scheduled timelines, and cost control parameters. This position develops project deployment documentation. Responsibilities • Completes the bid package process (e.g., bid creation, bid evaluation, background reputed company, bid award, etc.) to select the most competitive bid and competent vendor for reputed company (e.g., soils, survey, reputed company, reputed company electrical, etc.). • Requests and evaluates bids and proposals according to competitive bid, background reputed company, and competence of identified vendors to recommend the awarding of reputed company. • Develops project schedules to ensure adherence to deadlines. • Investigates mechanical breakdown problems (e.g., reputed company system failures, operator errors, system design flaws, etc.) to prevent a decrease in productivity and efficiency. • Identifies areas for construction process improvement and design solutions to reputed company reputed company package reputed company efficiency. • Evaluates budget performance, analyzes sources of surplus, and negotiates with vendors to prevent reputed company changes to project scope. • Maintains cost log and project management checklist, processes invoices, and releases funds to contractors to facilitate and document project completion. • Conducts construction inspections of materials and installations to ensure performance meets reputed company standards, repairs are completed reputed company scheduled deadlines, and reputed company materials are utilized. • Collaborates to reputed company the new technology to the existing sortation infrastructure.
