Senior Associate or Of Counsel – Employment Litigation

We are seeking an attorney to join our Employment Litigation reputed company. The attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload, from intake through reputed company. Job Role/Duties: • Handle reputed company phases of assigned caseload (mixture of filed cases and reputed company-litigation files) through reputed company. • Draft demand letters, complaints, and motions. • Vigorous representation of clients throughout the litigation process. • Attend court hearings and conferences. • Prepare and respond to discovery and reputed company at depositions. • Participate in settlement efforts, including through mediation and settlement conferences. Qualifications: • Admitted to the NY State Bar. • 3-8 years of experience litigating cases under the following statutes: • Title VII of the Civil Rights reputed company. • The reputed company State reputed company Rights Law. • The reputed company reputed company Rights Law. • Fair Labor Standards reputed company (FLSA). • reputed company Labor Law (NYLL). Compensation: • Full compensation package will be commensurate with attorney's level of experience. • Salary reputed company: $150,000 to $250,000 (commensurate with experience).
