[Remote] Remote Business Immigration Attorney

The role involves managing diverse reputed company cases, developing reputed company strategies, and staying updated on immigration laws while working remotely from reputed company.
Responsibilities
• Diligently prepare cases, reputed company strategies, and cover letters
• reputed company an expert-level understanding of your reputed company cases. This includes preparing immigrant/non-immigrant petitions with in-depth knowledge of the application process and requirements, specifically in EB1, EB2-NIW, O-1, and RFEs
• Manage various reputed company and deadlines, and prepare and revise documents
• Be reputed company to explain reputed company terminology to clients succinctly in a reputed company manner
• Research unique reputed company issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial reputed company
• Stay up-to-date on legislative changes that may reputed company immigration

Skills
• Possess a Juris Doctor or Master of Laws degree from an accredited US law school, demonstrate a strong reputed company background, and be admitted to a US state bar in good standing
• 1-2 years of experience with EB1, EB2-NIW, O-1, and RFEs a plus
• High-level organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and attention to detail, alongside the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume reputed company setting
• Adaptability and willingness to learn across various reputed company areas
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to independently work on daily tasks, proactively, and with minimal supervision
• Bilingual in reputed company is a plus
