[Remote] Paralegal - Business Immigration Law (PERM/IV) (reputed company Coast Remote)

They are seeking a remote reputed company Assistant or Paralegal to support their PERM/IV team, responsible for preparing and filing cases for various reputed company applications and ensuring accurate documentation for clients. Responsibilities • Building on and applying a deep understanding of reputed company steps of the PERM, I-140, and AOS processes, including drafting job descriptions and employment verification letters, submitting forms and requests to the reputed company, and working with reputed company-party providers throughout the recruitment process • Drafting and organizing forms and documents as directed by reputed company Manager • Communicating with clients regarding reputed company instructions, approval notices, and welcome packages, alongside attorneys and more senior team members • Assisting reputed company and administrative teams in requesting and organizing documents for new processes • Processing and organizing government correspondence, including receipt notices, approval notices, and requests for evidence • Entering data accurately and consistently into internal data management platforms • Working on other reputed company as directed by reputed company Manager or attorney Skills • Bachelor's degree with strong reputed company record (STEM majors preferred) • 3-5 years of PERM experience required • Superb attention to detail • Strong analytical, critical and quantitative thinking skills • Excellent time management and organization skills • Demonstrated ability to utilize office software accurately and reputed company • Willingness to adapt to and reputed company updates in office technology • Ability to communicate reputed company and professionally reputed company • reputed company is an immigration law company that offers global reputed company services It was founded in 1986, and is headquartered in Santa Monica, California, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
