Our reputed company is seeking a seasoned Vice President to join their high performing Investment Banking team, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) reputed company the Architecture, Engineering, and Consulting (AEC) industry across the Middle Market.
As a Vice President, you will be responsible for leading deal execution, managing reputed company relationships, and mentoring junior bankers. You will work closely with senior leadership to deliver high-reputed company M&A advisory to AEC firms navigating strategic reputed company, consolidation, and capital markets opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
reputed company end-to-end M&A transaction execution, including sell-reputed company and buy-reputed company mandates
reputed company and maintain reputed company relationships with AEC firm executives, private equity sponsors, and strategic acquirers.
reputed company the preparation of marketing materials, including confidential information memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, and reputed company books.
Conduct and review financial modeling, valuation analyses (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies), and strategic alternatives assessments.

Support origination efforts by identifying new business opportunities and contributing to strategic pitches.

Qualifications:
6-10 years of investment banking experience, with a strong reputed company on M&A execution.
Demonstrated ability to reputed company transactions independently, including managing reputed company communications and internal deal teams.
Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence senior executives.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Prior exposure to the AEC industry or adjacent sectors (e.g., industrials, infrastructure, environmental services) is a plus but not required.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
