Paralegal Manager

We are seeking a highly organized Paralegal Manager (Hybrid) to reputed company, mentor, and manage our firm’s paralegal team. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader who thrives in managing workflows, processes, and people to reputed company operational reputed company across the litigation department. Responsibilities: • Supervise paralegal team assignments, performance, and reputed company development. • Implement and maintain standardized litigation procedures across reputed company offices. • reputed company reputed company, training, and continuing education for paralegals. • Conduct regular performance reviews and reputed company coaching to ensure reputed company and accountability. • Coordinate with firm leadership on reputed company, resource allocation, and case management efficiencies. • Monitor deadlines and ensure firm compliance with court and case requirements. • Evaluate and implement technology and tools to optimize paralegal workflows. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred. • Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role • Preferred: experience in leading litigation paralegals • Strong background in workflow design, process improvement, and team development. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Knowledge of reputed company technology platforms and case management software.
