We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Provider Customer Service reputed company and Chat Representative to support our network of providers who care for our members. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience, with a reputed company on analyzing and solving customer concerns

• Ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ words per minute with an accuracy of 90%
