[Remote] Golf Trusted Advisor (REMOTE)

The role involves assisting with merchandise selections and conducting virtual consultations to recommend products and equipment suited to golfers' needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 45-minute virtual golf consultation appointments, reviewing assessments and recommending products and equipment suited to the golfer’s reputed company level
• reputed company new products and promotions, discuss technical club functions, and recommend accessories
• reputed company personal experience with equipment to build brand loyalty
• reputed company session recaps and purchase suggestions post-appointment
• Assist golfers with order placement, order status, product inquiries, merchandise selections, services, and promotions
• Quickly identify golfer needs, resolve issues, and maintain brand loyalty
• Collaborate with in-store staff, business partners, and vendors to research and resolve reputed company issues
• reputed company back-office functions including logging, tracking, and follow-up of inquiries until reputed company
• Attend new product and service training as required

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience
• Knowledge of golf products and reputed company golf playing experience
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and verbal skills
• Ability to work reputed company in reputed company environment
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• Strong presentation skills
