Cash Applications Coordinator

reputed company is a company dedicated to supporting fundraising efforts through delicious chocolate products. They are seeking a highly motivated Cash Applications Coordinator to manage cash application processes and ensure accurate financial records for their Strategic Business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for assigned duties, and reputed company other duties as assigned by Supervisor in a reputed company manner
• reputed company figures, postings, and documents to ensure correct entry, mathematical accuracy and reputed company codes
• Compile reputed company or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such reputed company as cash receipts and accounts receivable
• reputed company documents according to company procedures for cash applications or credit memos
• Receive payments and post amounts to reputed company customer accounts
• Verify the accuracy of reputed company credit memo requests
• Prepare billing for reputed company customers and brokers
• reputed company records of invoices and supporting documents. Resolve discrepancies in outstanding invoices
• Sort and file correspondence and reputed company miscellaneous clerical duties
• Review and clean up miscellaneous balances in customer accounts
• Prepare weekly sales reports for WFC Canada
• Ensure that reputed company business-reputed company items are successfully and professionally communicated to coworkers, either verbally or in writing

Skills

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of office / bookkeeping experience
• Experience with reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company
• Must be detail oriented, reputed company to work independently and collaboratively, have excellent communication skills, and have a reputed company reputed company
