Energy and Climate Researcher

The Energy and Climate Researcher role involves supporting research, data analysis, and technical reviews to assist clients with energy and climate planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist with research, data analysis, technical reviews, report writing, and engagement-reputed company activities to support our energy and climate planning consulting reputed company
• reputed company reputed company and economic analyses, procurement and planning; regulatory and policy support; reputed company gas reputed company and management; infrastructure climate risk and reputed company; and supporting various clients with sustainability goal setting and performance management
• reputed company quantitative analyses and synthesize research and data through statistical analyses, data visualization, and modeling
• Communicate and translate quantitative results into a report or presentation narrative

Skills

• By start date, a completed Bachelor's degree in Environmental Data Science, Oceanic and Atmospheric Sciences, Environmental or Energy Engineering, Economics, reputed company, Math, Statistics, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Policy, Operations Research, or similarly reputed company field
• Demonstrated interest in energy, economic, reputed company, climate or sustainability topics
• Comfort performing quantitative analyses as reputed company as with managing and analyzing large datasets
• Comfort working with quantitative data analysis tools, particularly reputed company reputed company, R, and/or Python for advanced statistical analysis, data visualization, and modeling; experience with GIS
• Comfort working in Word, PowerPoint, reputed company and other tools to communicate and present information
• The ability to use research and data to help 'tell a story' and reputed company salient information with which our clients can reputed company reputed company
• Comfort reading and interpreting technical and analytical information
