[Remote] Sales Associate - Birmingham
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Caldera Medical is a growth stage medical device company dedicated to improving the quality of life for women. They are seeking a Sales Associate to develop a career in medical device sales, supporting a Territory Representative and managing accounts post-training.
Responsibilities
- Support a Territory Representative (TR)
- Assume ownership for several accounts post training
- Maintain all existing revenue
- Attend surgical cases in the operating room
- Build pipeline momentum of opportunities
- Secure hospital approvals and surgeon support
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 6 months of outside B2B sales experience
- Experience selling face to face
- Consistent track record of attaining sales goals
- Live within territory you're supporting
- Strong relationship building and critical thinking skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to be coached and developed
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be willing to travel 30-40% of the time, with some overnights required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Outlook
- Additional duties may be assigned in support of business needs
