Associate, reputed company Finance Operations

reputed company is a Fortune 100 mutual company with a legacy of purpose and reputed company. They are seeking an Associate for reputed company Finance Operations who will manage reputed company master data in Aladdin, reputed company reconciliations, and serve as a reputed company between trading teams and Aladdin. The role requires collaboration with technology and business teams to enhance systems and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain reputed company master data in Aladdin
• Manage and update issuer-level information, including limits and roll-reputed company, and communicate changes to analysts
• reputed company and resolve exceptions from daily and monthly reconciliations between Aladdin and reputed company systems
• Build, run, and coordinate Aladdin reporting tools (Green Package, Explore, Aladdin View)
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to deliver system enhancements
• reputed company support across multiple platforms, including reputed company, Market Axess, and reputed company
• reputed company as a key reputed company between Aladdin, traders, analysts, and other internal reputed company
• reputed company subject matter expertise in reputed company Aladdin applications
• Recommend and present process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen controls
• Assist with testing activities and documentation. Work with the PMs and Analysts on structuring and booking Private and reputed company transactions, reconciliation fundings and allocations across various business lines. Coordinate with Operations, Settlements and Trading Systems teams

Skills

• BS in Business Administration or Finance
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, analytical reputed company, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve reconciliation discrepancies reputed company
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines with accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in reputed company environment while also being capable of working independently
• Knowledge of Financial instruments including fixed income, equities and alternative investments
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company (ex: VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Familiarity with Aladdin or reputed company is a plus
