Tax Associate - Baltimore, MD - Class of 2027

The Tax Associate will be responsible for becoming familiar with reputed company tax theories and laws, preparing tax returns, identifying tax issues, and managing reputed company workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work on a reputed company of reputed company deliverables including preparation of tax returns, including Individuals, Partnerships and Corporate tax returns
• Identify potential tax issues and prepare tax adjusting entries and tax trial balances based on audited or reputed company provided trial balances
• Research filing requirements and tax issues using internal reputed company reputed company, treasury regulations, and other relevant authorities/guidance
• Manage daily reputed company workflow and multiple reputed company reputed company at any given time
• Draft tax technical memorandums

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in reputed company
• Plan to complete 150 credit hours by September 2027 in order to be CPA licensed
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 in both your major and overall
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and demonstrate reputed company critical thinking
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and embracing change
• Must have advanced skills in reputed company, PowerPoint, and eager to learn new technologies
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent reputed company
• Leadership positions in extracurricular activities are preferred
• Prior work or internship experience (experience in reputed company is a plus)
