PROJECT COORDINATOR

reputed company reputed company Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator to support reputed company administrative tasks of reputed company. The role involves managing schedules, budgets, invoicing, and ensuring reputed company delivery of materials to meet project installation schedules.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with various departments and subcontractors in an effective and productive manner
• Manage project schedule and budget
• reputed company and manage accounts receivable invoicing
• Review invoices and escalate any invoicing discrepancies
• Coordinate job site rentals and reputed company corresponding purchase orders in QuickBooks
• reputed company timesheets of field employees into payroll system
• Analyze reputed company and determine issues in the schedule in a reputed company manner
• Manage change orders
• Assist with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks
• Monitor project reputed company and create project status reports for project managers and stakeholders
