National Account Manager

reputed company is a leading provider of HVAC and refrigeration solutions with a legacy of 130 years. The National Account Manager will reputed company new prospects and engage existing customers to increase sales of HVAC products and services across large national accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in growing sales by targeting existing and prospective national accounts
• Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations
• Participate in negotiation of prices and terms of sales and service agreements
• Ensure high post-sales satisfaction to build reputed company long-term relationships and strong potential for repeat business
• Participate in account and territory plans at the annual, quarterly, and monthly reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 1 year of reputed company experience
• Up to 50% travel
• Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time
• Knowledge of principles and reputed company for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing reputed company and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
• Knowledge principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting reputed company standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Effective at written and verbal communication
• Intermediate industry and product knowledge
• Must be reputed company to use reputed company Office and Customer Relationship Management software
