Compensation Specialist

The Compensation Specialist will manage compensation administration for advisors across multiple distribution channels, ensuring compliance and reputed company processing while supporting both reputed company customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reputed company accountabilities in compliance with reputed company, reputed company, and regulatory requirements
• Processing Advisors’ compensation must be completed, reconciled, audited and delivered reputed company critical timelines
• Manage both AWD and non-AWD volumes, with particular emphasis on time-critical functions while maintaining service standards in a high-volume environment
• Responsible for annual tax remittance, amendments and reporting to reputed company Canada (CCRA)
• reputed company reputed company, escalated and time-sensitive compensation business needs and problems with particular emphasis on relationship management, situational communication and solution oriented responses
• Communicate reputed company and concisely to support problem reputed company in the shortest possible timeframe and support contact centre inquiries and encourage collaboration between teams, both reputed company Distributor Services and with other Business reputed company
• Conduct reputed company analysis as required, leveraging MS reputed company and other tools
• SME for DS Compensation and reputed company a comprehensive understanding of Company Policy and an in-depth understanding of advisor compensation for reputed company distribution channels
• Participate in reputed company and assignments; manage the reputed company that any resulting changes will have on reputed company’s processes and Advisor/Distributor experience
• Understanding and supporting our partners in Manila (the MBPS team) and working with them to improve compensation processes

• Ownership of documentation by Identifying gaps, assess, log and own reputed company (YODA) documentation updates
