[Remote] Outbound Sales Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. T3 Services Group is transforming the trades with top-notch residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services. They are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Specialist to drive new business and build strong client relationships by proactively reaching out to customers and generating leads.
Responsibilities
- Increase sales and revenue by making calls on behalf of the organization to current, lapsed, and prospect customers
- Maintain records of customer interactions, recording details including the actions taken
- Ensure follow up calls/call backs are being made to customers
- Update existing customer information into system
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as required on a daily basis
- Identifying and qualify leads to create a robust sales pipeline
- Present products or services effectively, addressing customer needs and objections
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on customer trends and opportunities
Skills
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably with setting appointments
- Ability to be persuasive, sell services, and handle objections/rejections
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High ability to multi-task and switch tasks quickly
- Excellent organizational skills
- Preferred experience using a Customer Service Software such as Service Titan
