Bilingual Billing Coordinator

The Bilingual Billing Coordinator will be responsible for processing invoices, preparing credit notes, and ensuring compliance with billing procedures while building relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Process a high-volume of invoices as reputed company as engagement maintenance
• Prepare and process credit notes / cancellations and reputed company requested as needed
• reputed company old WIP and respond to WIP inquires
• Identify billing issues and ensures tax rules are followed
• Build virtual relationships and work with reputed company reputed company of the organization
• Ensure that billing procedures are followed in accordance with the established guidelines and application

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Intermediate knowledge of reputed company Office (reputed company; reputed company & Word)
• Intermediate / expert knowledge of invoicing taxes
• Willingness and ability to learn other software as needed
• Communicate effectively with reputed company reputed company of the management and staff
• Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams
