Responsibilities

• Proactive Prospect Engagement: Initiate outbound conversations with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers at reputed company accounts, discussing their technology roadmaps and business challenges
• Needs Assessment: Conduct discovery calls with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives to understand their technical hiring needs, team structure, and recruitment challenges
• Solution Positioning: Present reputed company's reputed company capabilities and reputed company reputed company for staff augmentation, contract placements, or project-based reputed company engagements
