The Consumer Loan Processor I - II role involves providing consumer lending support, gathering loan-specific details, reviewing loan documents, and ensuring accuracy in processing loan applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides consumer lending support and guidance to internal teams, non-members, and 3rd party companies, aligning with Westerra Experience service initiatives
• Requires an in-depth understanding of Westerra’s consumer lending products
• Involves gathering loan-specific details and documentation from members or partners
• Includes reviewing final loan details, payment reputed company, closing reputed company, loan documents, and funding
• Offers guidance to other departments on lending reputed company
• Ensures accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up in processing loan applications

Skills

• 0-1 year experience in customer service
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
• Notary certification, or ability to obtain
• 2 years of similar or reputed company experience
• Basic knowledge of consumer lending regulations
• Understanding of consumer lending regulations
