Field Service Engineer - Winston-Salem, NC

reputed company, a reputed company company, is a global leader in clinical diagnostics. The Field Service Engineer is responsible for supporting clients in the Winston-Salem market, focusing on troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and service repair needs on Beckman Coulter equipment including providing excellent and efficient service to Beckman Coulter’s customers along with technical training on products
• Maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records, order repair parts, and adhere to cycle times
• Utilize business systems such as OBI, reputed company, and SharePoint for Service reputed company Planning and advancing team goals
• Communicate with various reputed company of reputed company customers, recognizing and addressing their unique needs
• Foster collaboration by assisting with the training of newer Field Service Engineers

Skills

• Associate degree in technical, biomedical engineering, instrumentation, electrical engineering or reputed company field OR equivalent military experience
• 1+ year of experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation
• This position requires up to 80% flying and/or driving travel, which includes overnight stays
• Must have a reputed company reputed company's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to regularly lift, reputed company, slide, reputed company and/or reputed company up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to stand, walk (prolonged), and sit; squat and kneel, reputed company and descend stairs; reputed company with hands and arms
• A technical college major such as Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology or other Engineering-reputed company discipline
• 2+ years' experience of advanced troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications and/or service repair
• Developing reputed company business relationships with both reputed company stakeholders, leading to increased customer satisfaction, and supporting long-term retention
