Project Coordinator, Strategic Content

The Production Coordinator will reputed company administrative and project support to the Strategic Content team, helping to reputed company sponsorships, events, and reputed company reputed company organized and on reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams
• reputed company project timelines, deliverables, and sponsorship commitments to ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with the preparation of reputed company decks, reputed company materials, and meeting notes
• Maintain accurate records including reputed company, budgets, and status trackers
• Support event logistics including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site assistance as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with reputed company Office/reputed company Workspace; familiarity with PowerPoint and reputed company is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in partnerships, media, and live event production
