Sales Coordinator
Sharp Business USA is a direct sales division of Sharp Electronics Corporation, providing innovative technologies and services. The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in processing branch sales orders and ensuring compliance with company policies while supporting the sales team and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Process credit applications for pre-approval of all deals, including "cash" transactions
- Obtain buy-out and trade-up quotes as necessary to facilitate customer transactions
- Coordinate the setup of new customer files and maintain existing customer profiles in collaboration with Master Data
- Verify and ensure the completeness and accuracy of order documents, including leasing requirements and maintenance contracts
- Enter orders into SAP ECC and CRM systems while ensuring proper revenue recognition in accordance with Company policy and GAAP
- Coordinate out-of-territory deliveries and ongoing service requirements with authorized dealers, ensuring seamless customer service
- Act as a liaison with Corporate National Accounts as needed
- Track and report order status through Sales Potential (ZOFT) reports, from order entry to final invoicing
- Collaborate with leasing companies to facilitate timely funding of lease transactions, maintaining effective communication throughout the process
- Ensure complete and timely scanning of all customer documents, maintaining accurate records
- Manage lease portfolio and prepare necessary reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with Contract Coordinator on billing issues, customer inquiries, and support Accounts Receivable resolution as required
- Provide administrative and system support to assigned sales representatives
- Handle internal and external inquiries from Service, Sales, and Management teams, providing timely and accurate responses
- Manage document compliance and organization, ensuring audit readiness and quick retrieval of contracts and related documents as needed
- Assist with equipment creation, particularly in Managed Print Services (MPS), for pre-existing devices and configurations
- Perform other duties as assigned to support branch operations
Skills
- 1-3 years experience as an assistant in a sales organization or similar capacity in an administrative or financing role
- Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
- Superb written and oral communications skills
- College degree preferred
- Experience with SAP preferred
