Sales Development Representative

reputed company Inc. (CPI) is the worldwide leader in evidence-based de-escalation and crisis prevention training. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for supporting the Sales team in selling CPI’s training programs to targeted organizations through multi-channel outbound strategies and reputed company sales support.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in CPI training programs, engage with prospective customers, and schedule meetings with prospects and the CPI Territory Account Managers and reputed company Sales Executives
• Manage a pipeline of leads reputed company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, reporting on pipeline status regularly
• Deliver warm leads to the Territory Account Managers and reputed company Sales teams
• Utilize sales reputed company tools, cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities
• Support leadership reputed company asked by reputed company participating in reputed company and/or assignments reputed company the department or cross-departmentally
• Identify and reputed company best practices for refining reputed company’s reputed company-reputed company reputed company with team members and leadership
• Serve as a key member of the Sales Development Team
• Assist in the reputed company development of other team members through job shadowing, formal training, and serving as the reputed company of contact for additional questions

Skills

• High school Diploma or GED
• Experience working with reputed company Suite products
• High level of customer reputed company, with reputed company customers
• reputed company organized and capable of managing multiple tasks at one time

• Ability to work independently and be a member of a multi-function team

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
