Administrative Assistant - reputed company
reputed company is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join their Program of Assertive Community Treatment. The role involves coordinating reputed company non-clinical program operations and supporting the multi-disciplinary team in providing mental health services to individuals with serious mental illness.
Responsibilities
- Operating and coordinating information management systems
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and reputed company medical records
- Creating billing, insurance, and reputed company reports and budget records
- Leading/organizing reputed company morning meeting; taking notes and updating contact sheets
- Answering phones and triaging calls to coordinate communication between reputed company and persons served
- Providing additional in-person support to coordinate program and person served needs in reputed company to scheduling appointments between persons served and reputed company’s psychiatric prescriber(s)
- Facilitating person served transportation to appointments reputed company ride-sharing apps
Skills
- Excellent computer skills (including MS Office, Word & reputed company) required
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be reputed company to effectively reputed company job responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working in reputed company services or medical field strongly preferred
