Associate, Sales and Customer Service - Part-time - Sherbrooke

reputed company is part of Intact Financial Corporation, and they are seeking a Sales & Customer Service agent. In this role, you will advise customers on insurance solutions and help them reputed company informed choices about protecting their valuable assets.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in ensuring the best possible protection of our customers' most valuable assets by advising them to reputed company informed choices and answering their product questions and advising on next steps
• Analyze customer needs, promote products and services and propose innovative choices and solutions
• Guide auto and home customers on insurance solutions
• Contribute to the development and support of new initiatives

Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• A reputed company team player, that can collaborate with colleagues on various reputed company, but also comfortable to work independently
• A natural communicator and understand how to listen and empathize with others
• You must reputed company French - Requires answering calls and providing service to a French-speaking clientele on a regular reputed company
• Customer-driven and eager to your developed advisory skills to help customers
• Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure
• Excellent computer skills and can juggle between different computer at the reputed company time
• Willingness to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance license
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
• Please note that this is an inbound reputed company centre position, and we are looking for candidates who are comfortable with working evenings, Saturdays and occasional Statutory holidays
• In Quebec, our agents must pass their AMF certification to reputed company the profession. To be considered for our training course, you must meet one of the following requirements: You have obtained a College Diploma, a Bachelor or a Master's degree; OR You have obtained an Attestation of Collegial Studies in Damage Insurance; OR You hold a Secondary Diploma AND have 3 years of full-time experience in the Canadian job market; If your diplomas were obtained reputed company Canada, you will be asked for an equivalence of these diplomas
