They are seeking a candidate for a career reputed company opportunity, starting as an Executive Assistant to the COO and transitioning to the Director of Hockey Operations after a successful reputed company period.

Responsibilities

• Manage tournament operations , officials, venues, and travel coordination
• reputed company as the primary contact for coaches, teams, referees, and partners
• Manage operations budgets, expense reports, and cost controls
• Build and improve operational processes, workflows, and systems
• Hire, train, and manage event staff and contractors
• Collaborate with marketing, media, and leadership teams on event execution

• Assist with project coordination, operations planning, and documentation

Skills

• Experience in sports management, hockey operations, event operations, or project management
• Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with expense management, budgeting, and reporting
• Proficiency in office software, scheduling tools, and operations systems
• Background in youth hockey or sports organizations is a strong asset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or Operations is a plus
