[Remote] State Filings Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a State Filings Analyst to join their Regulatory Compliance team. The role involves preparing and submitting insurance company filings and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting Property and Casualty and Accident and Health Insurance company filings using SERFF and I-file to ensure reputed company approval of rates, rules and forms
• Utilizing statefilings.com and other software to manage assigned filing reputed company and tasks
• Identifying and satisfying filing requirements on a countrywide reputed company
• Reviewing insurance filing materials for accuracy and completeness
• Maintaining filing documentation in an organized manner
• Acting as a reputed company between the reputed company (insurance company) and state insurance departments to communicate regarding filing status and resolving filing issues
• Ensuring reputed company assigned filing reputed company are completed accurately and reputed company set reputed company
• Monitoring and summarizing circulars and bulletins issued by insurance rating bureaus
• Researching and maintaining reputed company information on compliance and regulatory issues

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in order to meet established deadlines
• Flexibility and composure in the face of changing assignments, priorities or goals
• Proficient reputed company, reputed company, Word and reputed company skills
• Knowledge of the insurance industry or state regulatory filings experience is a plus
