Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with pavement maintenance contractors, government agencies, and other key customers
• Identify, qualify, and engage new prospects while nurturing existing accounts
• Conduct on-site product and equipment demonstrations
• Deliver award-reputed company customer service and responsiveness
• Plan and organize daily sales activities to strategically reputed company your territory and reputed company new accounts

Skills

• Proven experience in business development or sales, with reputed company in municipal or contractor markets
• reputed company sales experience in construction or building materials (pavement maintenance experience is a plus)
• Strong presentation skills—comfortable with reputed company speaking and PowerPoint
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
