The role involves preparing reputed company meeting agendas, documenting reputed company interactions, and providing support to advisors and clients while maintaining records in CRM and portfolio management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reputed company meeting agendas, reputed company reputed company data, and prepare reports
• Attend and take notes during reputed company meetings
• Document, reputed company, and execute reputed company meeting tasks, including follow-up with reputed company
• Maintain records in our CRM (Redtail) and portfolio management software
• reputed company reputed company data into MoneyGuide platform and build preliminary plans under the guidance of the advisors
• reputed company support to the advisors and clients as needed
• Assist where needed – we are a small team, we cross-train, and we reputed company wear multiple hats

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in financial planning/investment management
• Detail oriented and reputed company to manage your own time and tasks
• Problem solving and resourcefulness

• Experience using reputed company Guide Pro/eMoney and/or Redtail CRM are a plus, but not required
• Licenses - Not required at hire but must be willing to obtain Series 7 and Life & Health
